This project is designed to help you continue to develop the concept you began in BUSI 336 as part of the Entrepreneurship Cognate.

Market Demand and Competition Assignment
In this paper, you will conduct new research about the market in which your venture will compete. The paper should include:
- The market conditions – accelerating / decelerating demand and reasons why. Clearly outline how this impacts your venture.
- The technological conditions – changes to the way business are conducted and how it impacts your assumptions.
- The competitive conditions – identifying specific new and existing competitors, who may be local, regional, or national. This is a deeper dive than you did in BUSI 336 and helps you to build on analog / antilog analysis.
- The combination of these factors may have an impact on your direction and strategies. What would you do differently?
- Integrating Biblical teachings into the outlook you bring, with an eye to have it be consumer / customer evident.

Marketing Channels and Communications Assignment

- The distribution network to use reach your ultimate customers. This could include wholesalers, retailers, websites, and community organizations.
- The relationships you will develop with your distribution channels and network, including the criteria you would use to select them.
- The marketing tools you will evaluate as part of the incubation stage. The combination of these factors may have an impact on your direction and strategies. What would you do differently?

Human and Financial Resources Assignment
By this point, you have revalidated the market opportunity, assessed the changes in market conditions, developed your distribution and marketing strategies, and gained an understanding of your supply chain. In this paper you will include:
- A summary of the personnel you need to operate your venture.
- An organizational chart if applicable
- The compensation you would offer staff and the highlights of your payroll.
- A 3-year projection of the business revenues and expenses, summarized in a Profit and Loss statement
- A projection of the amount of capital needed and the sources of that capital.
- A 3-year trend of the cash flow, based on the capital generated and the P&L statements

Final Project Consolidation Assignment
Prepare a consolidated PowerPoint presentation about the incubation stage of the project. Incorporate the details you developed in the three earlier stages of the project and recommend the next steps for the project. Provide a perspective on the integration of faith into the learning process you completed during the incubation period.
The PowerPoint presentation should be 15 – 18 slides in length. It should include a cover slide and references for sources of research used. The presentation must include at least one source from an academic or business journal, in addition to the text materials and the Bible. Provide a list of your references in APA format. Speaker notes are encouraged to expand on the materials used in the slides.
